Welcome to www.gramonty.com The following constitutes an agreement according to terms and conditions when you shop. When you shop at www.gramonty.com, in accordance with this agreement, you will be subject to a number of rules, guidelines, trade policy and terms and conditions that we want you to be familiar with.
We reserve the right to change the website and terms and conditions at any time. By accessing, using and other forms of interaction with the website, you indicate that you have understood and accept our applicable terms and conditions. You are therefore asked to read the agreement carefully before proceeding.

 

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are subject to and must be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in Denmark. Any disputes will be decided by the Danish courts.

 

TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may not reproduce, display, distribute, sell, transfer, copy, modify, translate from or exploit this website or any part thereof, unless expressly permitted by us in writing. You may not make any commercial use of information on this website or use the website for your own profit, unless you have received express permission from us in writing. We reserve the right to refuse services, close accounts and/or cancel orders in the event of abuse or other forms of behavior that may be detrimental to our business.

 

ORDERING PROCEDURES &HANDLING

We reserve the right to cancel your order/order in the event that your order is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or product information, or if there are problems with payment identified as fraud or fraud.
In this case, we will need additional information in order to process your order. If this is the case, we will contact you to verify your order.
If your order has been cancelled, we will contact you and state the reason.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the information entered and confirming that the payment has been sent.
We do our best to check and investigate all orders for any errors. However, it is your/the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information – including shipping information and product composition. We disclaim all responsibility for delivery loss or other delivery problems caused by missing or incorrect data information.

 

PAYMENT

Until your order is marked as "APPROVED", your payment is verified. This means that your order has been reserved, but that we have not yet deducted your payment. We only withdraw the money from the card when the goods have been dispatched.
You can use one of the following payment options: Dankort (DK), Mastercard, Mastercars Debit DK, VISA, VISA electron, MAESTRO, Paypal or Bank Transfer.
Transfer to our account requires you to pay a transfer fee. If this does not happen, your order processing will be delayed. We will not ship items if we have not received payment. We do not accept alternative payment methods.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Defective/damaged product(s)

If, contrary to expectations, products are delivered leaking, defective or have other faults that are not related to the product's function, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt. Packaging, the receipt and products must be saved. The products must not be used if we have to help with returns or refunds.
If you can prove that the product is defective, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt. We are not responsible for products that have been mistreated or misused by the customer. Unless it is proven that the product is defective, we disclaim all responsibility for products that do not meet the customer's expectations.

 

Unwanted/product(s)

You must inform us within 14 days of receipt. Packaging, receipt and products must be saved. In addition, the product must be unused, unopened and in a salable condition.
You must contact us and explain the reason for the return before you return any goods, so that we can see if a possible return meets the requirements. If this is not the case, you may risk that we cannot refund the purchase.
We do not pay for shipping fees, and if the entire order is returned after the package has been delivered, we offer a full refund minus the original shipping fee.
The item must be sent back so that it can be tracked and you must ensure that it is fully insured. The return shipment must be packed correctly.
